We are commonly asked "Do I need to rent a car for our Park City Vacation"?

We will ask a lot of questions to determine our response.....which is usually "No".

Here's why:

1. Park City is located approximately 45 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport. Often some fairly tricky winter driving conditions exist near the summit of Parley's Canyon on Interstate 80.

It is hard to second guess the weather so most people opt to take an airport shuttle or a relaxing private taxi service for delivery to the door step of your lodging.

2.Once in Park City, getting around is easy.  There is a bus system that connects the three ski resorts with Historic Main Street and Taxi cabs  usually arrive within minutes of your call. Besides, the sometimes limited parking can be a hassle.

So why do we rent cars anyway?

Most of our cars are rented to Park City visitors, leaving Park City for a day or two, when the weather forecast  is promising. A DAYTRIP would include Salt Lake City attractions like Temple Square.

Many people enjoy a Daytrip to any of the other ski resorts on the West side of the Wasatch Front (Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude or Snowbasin); or Sundance Ski Resort which is southward through the Provo Canyon.

Due to current high demand for rental cars please call Kevin directly at (888)649-8294 or email your request to daytrips@allwest.net  .Note: We cannot accept email requests within 48 hours of rental.
